	BCCP Consulting BCCP Consulting, LLC (BCCP) provides consulting and support services for agencies' acquisition and operations of telecommunications services, including project management, business operations, acquisition services, contract management, quality management and systems engineering. As a subcontractor, BCCP has provided extensive telecommunications support to GSA and other agencies, and is currently supporting a number of agency transitions from FTS2001 and other contracts to Networx. BCCP has extensive knowledge of GSA IT and telecommunications systems from this experience.
